Relationship Manager – Financial Services

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic, client‑focused Relationship Manager to join our growing financial services team. You will build and nurture long‑term relationships with individual and corporate clients, delivering tailored financial solutions that help them achieve their goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, manage, and maintain strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.
• Assess clients' financial objectives and recommend appropriate products such as investments, insurance, wealth‑management, lending, and trust solutions.
• Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
• Conduct professional client meetings and presentations with confidence and credibility.
• Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high client satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on market trends, investment opportunities, and financial products.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create customized financial solutions.
• Achieve individual and team business‑development targets while complying with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Mentor junior relationship managers and contribute to team growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in banking, wealth management, insurance, investment advisory, trust services, or related financial fields.
• Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship‑management abilities.
• Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin Chinese is a strong advantage.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, and able to work independently or within a team.
• Relevant degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, Banking, or a related discipline is preferred.
