Tax Manager – English Speaker for Manufacturing Plant

About the role

The Tax Manager will lead end‑to‑end tax filing and compliance for Sailun’s Cambodian manufacturing plant and its affiliated entities. The role requires close collaboration with business units, local tax authorities, and the Group’s finance team to ensure accurate tax reporting and proactive risk management.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily tax compliance, including full‑category tax declarations and calculations for the factory and related companies.
• Provide professional tax opinions and planning suggestions in line with Cambodian fiscal laws and actual business operations.
• Liaise with local tax authorities, handling audits, inspections, interviews and resolving tax disputes.
• Standardize tax compliance processes for front‑end businesses and proactively mitigate tax risks.
• Monitor updates to Cambodian tax policies, issue early‑warning risk alerts and safeguard the Group against compliance issues.
• Develop and train the tax team and relevant finance and business staff on tax regulations and best practices.

Required profile

• Solid professional knowledge and hands‑on experience with Cambodian taxation, including the full tax management cycle for manufacturing plants.
• Proficiency with common office software, SAP financial system, and Cambodian local tax declaration platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities for independent tax assessments and on‑site responses.
• Fluency in English and Khmer (or Chinese and Khmer) with a good command of local fiscal terminology.
• High sense of responsibility, stress resistance, proactive communication, and strict confidentiality regarding tax information.
