Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will lead all financial operations for CFA Logistics, ensuring accurate planning, reporting and regulatory compliance. This role works closely with logistics, procurement and supply‑chain teams to align financial performance with company objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow management for logistics operations.
• Prepare and present financial statements, performance summaries and variance analyses to senior management.
• Review and approve logistics costs such as freight, warehousing, transportation and customs, implementing cost‑control strategies.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian tax laws, financial regulations and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Collaborate with procurement, warehouse and supply‑chain teams to provide financial insights for operational decisions.
• Lead, coach and develop the finance and accounting team, setting performance goals and monitoring progress.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Supply Chain.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience, preferably within logistics or supply‑chain environments.
• Proven ability to manage budgeting, forecasting and cost‑control processes.
• Strong understanding of internal controls, compliance standards and financial reporting.
• Demonstrated leadership and team‑management capabilities.
