Relationship Manager (Chinese Speaking)

About the role

This full‑time, on‑site position is based at the Bank of China (Hong Kong) Limited Phnom Penh Branch. The Relationship Manager will develop and manage a portfolio of corporate and individual clients, delivering tailored banking solutions and supporting the branch’s growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Understand client needs and propose appropriate banking products and services.
• Prepare credit proposals and conduct credit assessments.
• Conduct regular client meetings and follow‑up on service delivery.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high service standards and regulatory compliance.
• Contribute to business development initiatives, market research and risk management.

Required profile

• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Professional proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese and English.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills for credit and risk evaluation.
• High integrity, attention to detail and commitment to compliance.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics or related field.
• Prior experience in relationship management, corporate banking or financial services is preferred.
• Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to local market conditions.
