Recruitment Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Poŭthĭsăt. This full‑time, on‑site position will manage the end‑to‑end hiring process for our clients operating in Cambodia, ensuring that recruitment activities align with organizational goals and company values.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs and draft accurate job postings.
• Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels.
• Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessment tests.
• Support hiring managers in selecting the best-fit candidates.
• Coordinate onboarding and assist with training arrangements for new hires.
• Maintain up‑to‑date recruitment records, reports, and talent pipelines.
• Collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to align recruitment with company objectives.

Required profile

• Strong recruiting and full‑cycle recruitment experience.
• Proficiency in interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience supporting training and onboarding activities.
• Ability to work on‑site in Poŭthĭsăt and collaborate in a cross‑functional environment.
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and capacity to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Prior experience in HR, talent acquisition, or related fields preferred.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline is beneficial.
