About the role
We are seeking a Performance & Development intern to support the preparation of monthly performance and incentive data, assist with KPI collection, and help create insightful dashboards.
Key responsibilities
- Support monthly performance and incentive data preparation.
- Assist in collecting, checking, and consolidating employee KPI data.
- Prepare Excel reports and performance dashboards.
- Maintain and update employee performance records.
- Support performance and incentive projects and activities.
Required profile
- Year‑4 students or fresh graduates in HR, Management, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related fields.
- Basic knowledge of KPI, performance management or incentive structures is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills (written and spoken) and strong analytical abilities.
- Detail‑oriented, responsible, proactive and eager to learn.
Required skills
- Microsoft Excel – PivotTables.
- Microsoft Excel – VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP functions.
