People Experience Manager – Cambodia

About the role

The People Experience Manager in Cambodia will lead all people‑related initiatives, ensuring a high‑performance and highly engaged workforce across IDP’s three business units. Reporting to the Country Director and working closely with regional and global PX teams, the role combines strategic planning with day‑to‑day execution of HR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Country Director, Regional PX Director and leadership to develop people strategies that support business growth and exceptional employee experience.
• Lead the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance management and off‑boarding.
• Drive talent acquisition, compensation and benefits processes, ensuring market‑aligned rewards and compliance.
• Oversee HR operations, HRIS administration, payroll inputs and data integrity while continuously improving self‑service tools.
• Ensure compliance with Cambodian labour legislation, visa and work‑permit requirements.

Required profile

• 7‑10 years progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years leading a country HR/PX function.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field.
• Proven experience in a multinational, matrix organisation and strong knowledge of Cambodian labour law.
• Fluent in Khmer and English with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
