About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruitment Officer to manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Prepare job postings and maintain accurate recruitment records.
- Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities as required.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of recruitment or HR experience preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple vacancies.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Familiarity with online recruitment platforms.
