Sales Supervisor – Lead Team & Drive Growth

About the role

The Sales Supervisor will lead daily sales operations for Goodhill Enterprise in Phnom Penh, guiding a team to meet volume, revenue and distribution targets. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on executing sales strategies, managing territory coverage and strengthening key customer relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, implement and monitor sales strategies to achieve set targets.
• Coach, train and motivate the sales team, ensuring high performance and skill development.
• Track performance metrics, prepare regular sales reports and analyse market insights.
• Support key account activities and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, marketing, finance) for seamless operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standards and local regulations.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to interpret sales data and identify improvement opportunities.
• Proven experience in team management and training, preferably in FMCG or distribution.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills for building lasting client relationships.
• Ability to work on‑site in Phnom Penh, with knowledge of the local market and willingness to travel within assigned territories.
• Organised, goal‑oriented and capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
