Production Technologist

About the role

The Production Technologist will be based on‑site in Ta Khmau and will lead the optimisation of our dried fruit manufacturing lines. The role combines process monitoring, quality control and continuous‑improvement activities to ensure consistent, safe products.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and optimise food production processes for dried mango and other fruit products.
• Monitor production lines, implement new technologies and work with production engineering to improve efficiency, yield and product consistency.
• Perform routine quality‑control checks, troubleshoot process issues and ensure compliance with food‑safety and regulatory standards.
• Collect and analyse production data, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, prepare technical reports and support continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Train production staff on best practices and contribute to the development and scaling of new products and processes.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to collect, interpret and apply production data for process improvement.
• Proficiency in production technology, including food‑processing equipment, production methods and process optimisation.
• Knowledge of production‑engineering principles related to layout, workflow and equipment performance.
• Experience in quality control, inspection procedures, documentation and adherence to food‑safety regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
