Factory Quality Assurance (Garment Industry)

About the role

The Factory Quality Assurance (FQA) professional ensures that garment products meet customer specifications, company standards, and quality requirements throughout the manufacturing process. Based in Ta Khmau, the role involves on‑site inspections, monitoring production, and driving continuous improvement before shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑production, in‑line, pre‑final and final garment inspections, checking workmanship, measurements, fitting, labeling, packing and overall appearance.
• Monitor production processes to verify compliance with approved samples, specifications and AQL standards.
• Identify defects, perform root‑cause analysis and recommend corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Carry out factory quality assessments, process audits and ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare detailed inspection reports, communicate findings to factories and internal stakeholders, and maintain accurate quality documentation.
• Validate finished garments for correct labeling, packaging, size assortment and carton markings before approving shipments.

Required profile

• College graduate with 2‑5 years of experience in apparel quality assurance or garment manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fabrics, sewing techniques and finishing processes.
• Familiarity with AQL inspection procedures and quality standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
