Product Marketing Supervisor

About the role

The Product Marketing Supervisor will shape and execute marketing strategies that drive growth for the bank’s product portfolio. You will lead a team of product marketers, ensuring high‑quality delivery of campaigns and communications that align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Product Marketing team, ensuring timely and high‑quality output.
• Oversee and validate all marketing communication plans and content for accuracy and compliance.
• Plan, launch, and manage campaigns to raise awareness and acquire customers for the bank’s products and services.
• Conduct competitive analysis, monitor market trends, and gather customer insights to support data‑driven decisions.
• Coordinate with branches, business units, sister companies, and external partners for clear communication and budget‑compliant execution.
• Develop campaign messaging that follows brand guidelines and marketing standards.
• Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and monitor performance against targets.
• Prepare reports, identify growth opportunities, and oversee production of campaign materials and supplier documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in marketing campaign planning within the financial sector or an advertising agency.
• Strong leadership and team‑management abilities, with a talent for coaching and motivating staff.
• Proficiency in data analysis and market research, and the ability to work cross‑functionally.
• Creative thinking, problem‑solving, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.
