Product Execution Manager

About the role

The Product Execution Manager leads cross‑functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver our clinical research platform and related services. Acting as the primary contact for customers, you ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the project manager and main customer liaison during software implementation and deployment.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, risk registers, and communication strategies.
• Define performance metrics and KPIs for the team and each engagement.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance project management methodology.
• Conduct pre‑kick‑off and kick‑off meetings to align on goals, milestones, and deliverables.
• Build and mentor a team of implementation specialists with the required domain knowledge.
• Collaborate with sales, contract management, R&D, finance, and other functions to ensure successful delivery.
• Support UAT testing and provide product demos as needed.
• Work flexible hours to coordinate with global partners and customers across time zones.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in digital product management, project management, or a similar role.
• Strong ownership mindset, bias toward action, and ability to drive results.
