About the role
ChokChey Finance Plc. is seeking a Product Development Manager to lead the design, launch, and optimisation of credit products. The role focuses on balancing profitability, risk, compliance and customer needs within a fast‑growing Cambodian finance company.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch new credit products from concept to market, including pricing, financial modelling and business case preparation.
- Analyse portfolio performance, provide data‑driven recommendations and work closely with Risk, Operations, IT, Finance and Sales teams.
- Develop product policies, SOPs and governance frameworks while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- Strong experience in credit product development, portfolio management and business strategy within banking or financial services.
- Proven ability to lead projects, coordinate cross‑functional teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with solid reporting and problem‑solving skills.
