Procurement Supervisor

About the role

The Procurement Supervisor is responsible for managing the end‑to‑end procurement process for an international school, ensuring timely, cost‑effective, and compliant acquisition of goods and services that support educational and operational objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full procurement cycle, from issuing RFQs to processing purchase orders and maintaining documentation.
• Conduct market research, source qualified suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, monitor performance, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
• Collaborate with school departments to understand purchasing needs and resolve procurement‑related issues.
• Prepare procurement reports, analyse purchasing trends, and provide recommendations for budget management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, finance, accounting or a related field.
• 2‑4 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain or vendor management.
• Strong negotiation, communication and analytical abilities.
• High integrity, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Fluent in English and Khmer, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Odoo ERP systems.
