Procurement Officer – Mandarin Speaking (Entry Level)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Procurement Officer who is fluent in Mandarin to support our purchasing operations. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent graduate eager to start a career in procurement and supply chain management.

Key responsibilities

• Review inventory levels and draft purchase orders that match actual business needs.
• Execute purchase orders, track deliveries, and maintain communication with suppliers to ensure timely receipt.
• Follow receiving SOPs, conduct physical quality and quantity checks, and verify invoices.
• Identify discrepancies, manage returns, and coordinate claims with suppliers.
• Conduct market research on price trends and assist in evaluating suppliers for quality, lead time, and cost.
• Prepare a monthly summary report covering spend, supplier performance, and inventory status.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (fresh graduates encouraged).
• Professional fluency in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking).
• Basic proficiency in English and the local language for internal coordination.
• High accountability and attention to detail throughout the order‑to‑receipt process.
• Strong integrity when dealing with suppliers and pricing.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for stock lists and reporting.
