Passenger Services & Terminal Coordinator

About the role

The Passenger Services & Terminal Coordinator will lead the daily operations of passenger services, VIP handling, lost & found, and overall terminal activities at Sihanouk International Airport. This senior position ensures smooth, safe, and efficient airport operations while maintaining high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all passenger‑service functions, VIP services, lost & found, and terminal operations.
• Monitor operational performance, KPIs and align staffing with traffic and business needs.
• Review daily operational reports, identify issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
• Conduct regular team meetings to communicate policies, address concerns and foster a positive work environment.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, SGHA, SLA and airport regulations.
• Coordinate with airlines and business partners, participate in service meetings and support internal/external audits.
• Plan manpower, create monthly rosters and daily assignments, monitor staff performance and provide training.
• Identify operational gaps, equipment shortages and propose improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• University degree in Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in airport or passenger‑service operations.
• Fluent communication skills in both Khmer and English.
• Strong planning, initiative, adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
• High integrity and professional conduct.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Competence with internet applications and basic IT tools.
