Outdoor Sales Representative – $350-$450

About the role

We are looking for an energetic Outdoor Sales Representative to promote our fabric collections to interior designers, architects and end‑customers. You will act as the bridge between design professionals and our production team, ensuring the right products reach the right projects.

Key responsibilities

• Meet with interior designers, architects and customers to understand their furnishing needs.
• Showcase fabric collections, explaining texture, colour, durability and suitability for various spaces.
• Generate leads, negotiate pricing, prepare quotations and close sales deals.
• Provide creative input on fabric selection, colour coordination and emerging design trends.
• Build long‑term partnerships with design firms, retailers and corporate clients.
• Conduct market research on trends and customer preferences.
• Coordinate with production and purchasing to ensure timely delivery.
• Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints and ensure satisfaction.
• Perform additional tasks delegated by the Sales Manager/Director.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of sales or marketing experience in any industry.
• Willingness to travel to customer showrooms, offices or sites.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Khmer and English.

• Standard working hours: 08:30 am‑05:30 pm (Mon‑Fri) and 08:30 am‑12:30 pm (Sat).
