Operations Manager – Logistics & Warehouse

About the role

The Operations Manager will lead logistics and warehouse activities, ensuring efficient delivery, fleet handling, and compliance with SOPs. You will work closely with sales, finance, and HR to align operations with business goals and market feedback.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain logistics and warehouse policies and procedures.
• Coordinate daily delivery and warehouse operations, adhering strictly to SOPs.
• Create monthly and yearly delivery plans based on sales targets, securing required manpower and vehicles.
• Utilize the FieldBi system for documentation, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Manage the company fleet—including cars, trucks, and forklifts—with proper documentation.
• Monitor inbound and outbound deliveries, identify issues, and implement improvement plans.
• Lead, train, and evaluate delivery and warehouse teams, setting KPIs and monthly performance reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to ensure smooth internal processes and problem resolution.
• Partner with the sales team to gather market delivery feedback and drive enhancements.
• Plan and execute monthly and annual inventory audits with Finance.
• Work with HR to develop safety protocols for warehouse and loading areas.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CILT, APICS/CSCP) are a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or trading environments.
• Proven background in warehouse operations, fleet management, and delivery planning.
• Strong knowledge of inventory control, stock management, and logistics performance optimization.
