About the role
This position is focused on internal sales support, handling customer inquiries and processing orders for packaged and plastic products. The role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer questions via phone, email, and social media.
- Receive and record orders in the sales management system.
- Generate invoices and track shipments to ensure on‑time delivery.
- Prepare and send quotation letters, and negotiate pricing or payment terms with customers.
- Maintain accurate data entry and update order status regularly.
Required profile
- Responsible and reliable work attitude.
- Good interpersonal communication with clients.
- Patience in problem‑solving and handling customer issues.
- Effective time‑management and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in English.
