National Consultant – My Journey Mobile App Update (Home‑Based)

About the role

UN Women Cambodia seeks a National Consultant to lead the update of the My Journey mobile application. Working remotely, the consultant will support the implementation of gender‑equality programmes and ensure the app aligns with UN Women’s strategic frameworks.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse the current My Journey app and identify technical and functional enhancements.
• Coordinate with UN Women programme teams and external developers to implement updates.
• Ensure the app complies with UN Women’s policies, the Sustainable Development Cooperation Framework, and relevant gender‑equality standards.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for ongoing maintenance.
• Support monitoring and reporting on app usage and impact.

Required profile

• Relevant university degree or equivalent experience in ICT, software development, or related field.
• Proven experience in mobile app development or consultancy, preferably in a humanitarian or development context.
• Strong understanding of gender‑equality initiatives and UN Women’s work is an advantage.
