C# Engineer – Remote Contractor (Hourly)

About the role

This is an hourly‑paid, fully remote contractor role where you will review AI‑generated responses and/or generate C#/.NET engineering content, evaluating reasoning quality and step‑by‑step problem‑solving. You will assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt, identify errors, fact‑check technical claims, and produce high‑quality explanations and model solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop AI training content by creating detailed prompts and responses that guide AI learning across diverse topics.
• Optimize AI performance by evaluating, ranking, and improving AI‑generated responses for accuracy, clarity, and reasoning quality.
• Ensure model integrity by testing for inaccuracies or biases and validating reliability across use cases.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of professional experience using C# and the .NET ecosystem.
• Strong English writing skills (minimum C1 proficiency) and high attention to detail.

Required skills

• C# and .NET (ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, async/await, LINQ)
• Relational databases (SQL Server, PostgreSQL) and data‑access libraries (Entity Framework Core, Dapper)
• Modern development tooling (Git, CI/CD pipelines, Docker)
