Marketing Manager

About the role

The Marketing Manager will lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aimed at strengthening brand awareness, generating high‑quality leads, and driving customer engagement. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role collaborates closely with sales and other departments to support overall business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement monthly, quarterly, and annual marketing plans aligned with company objectives.
• Lead digital marketing initiatives across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, the corporate website, and additional channels.
• Create and manage campaigns that generate leads, increase showroom traffic, and boost sales.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions, events, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Develop and oversee content strategy to ensure engaging, customer‑focused messaging.
• Monitor market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to inform tactics.
• Manage marketing budgets, track performance metrics, and evaluate ROI.
• Collaborate with Sales and other functions to achieve cross‑functional targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Marketing team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Prepare regular performance reports and propose improvement plans.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of marketing experience, including supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication, leadership, creativity, and analytical abilities.
• Result‑oriented with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in Khmer and English.
• Experience in retail, furniture, home décor, or related industries is a plus.
