Marketing Specialist

About the role

The Marketing Specialist is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Phnom Penh. The role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns that boost brand awareness, support product launches, and drive sales growth across Khmer Beverages’ portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends.
• Coordinate with sales teams and support promotional events and activations.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies and manage marketing materials.
• Track campaign performance, analyse data and optimise activities based on feedback.
• Maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers and customers.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and high‑quality customer experiences.

Required profile

• Strong communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Proven market‑research and marketing‑strategy skills.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams and supporting trade‑marketing initiatives.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in FMCG, beverages or related industries, with familiarity of the Cambodian market.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with basic marketing and office software.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and collaboratively on‑site in Phnom Penh.
• Demonstrated integrity, adaptability and commitment to quality.
