Marketing Manager – F&B & Entertainment

About the role

The Marketing Manager (Non‑Mall) will design and execute the overall marketing strategy for our Food & Beverage and Entertainment businesses. Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead campaigns, monitor performance, and collaborate across internal teams to drive customer acquisition and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement annual, quarterly and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives for F&B and Entertainment.
• Plan, execute and evaluate promotions, product launches, seasonal activities and customer acquisition initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within budget.
• Drive traffic, sales and repeat visitation by identifying opportunities, monitoring campaign effectiveness and adjusting tactics.
• Support F&B and Entertainment brands with targeted marketing activities, including menu promotions, movie releases and arcade events.
• Coordinate with the Digital Marketing team to translate campaigns into digital content, social media and advertising, establishing measurable KPIs.
• Build partnerships with brands, schools, corporates and influencers to generate additional traffic and co‑marketing opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategic communication, advertising or marketing, with at least 3 years as a retail Marketing Manager.
• Proven ability to lead campaigns, analyze performance metrics and influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication, report writing and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated supervisory and mentoring experience, with a self‑motivated, performance‑focused attitude.
