Marketing Manager – Digital & Content

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Manager to lead our digital and content initiatives. In this role you will shape our brand’s online presence, drive audience growth, and support sales through strategic campaigns across key social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly digital marketing and content plans.
• Lead content strategy on TikTok, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant channels.
• Plan and manage campaigns, promotions, product launches and brand activities.
• Guide content creators from concept through scripting, shooting, editing and publishing.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand identity, tone and key messages.
• Manage paid advertising, monitor performance and optimise campaigns.
• Track content, audience, traffic, leads and sales metrics.
• Coordinate with sales, design, activation teams, agencies, creators and external partners.
• Identify trends and translate them into brand‑led content opportunities.
• Prepare monthly performance reports and improvement plans.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in digital, content or brand marketing.
• Strong understanding of social media, short‑form video, content planning and paid advertising.
• Ability to generate creative ideas while focusing on business results.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organisational and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving consumer brand or startup environment.
• Experience in beauty, personal care, lifestyle, retail or e‑commerce is a plus.
