Manager, Rewards Management

About the role

We are looking for a passionate and results‑driven Manager, Rewards Management to lead the design and delivery of compensation, benefits, and total rewards programs. This role partners closely with business leaders and HR teams to enhance employee engagement and ensure a high‑quality people experience.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and continuously improve compensation, benefits and total rewards programs aligned with company strategy.
• Review salary structures, conduct market benchmarking and manage incentive and annual reward processes.
• Lead HR operations including HRIS management, payroll governance, employee records, reporting and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and internal policies across all HR processes.
• Analyse HR data and metrics to provide business insights and recommend improvements.
• Drive process‑improvement initiatives to boost operational efficiency and employee experience.
• Partner with business leaders and HR Business Partners on organisational changes, workforce planning and people initiatives.
• Manage relationships with HR service vendors and benefits providers.
• Coach and develop the Rewards & People Services team while supporting HR transformation and digitisation projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance or a related field; Master’s degree or professional HR certification is a plus.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including 2–3 years in Compensation & Benefits, HR Operations, Payroll or People Services.
• Strong understanding of total rewards, HR operations, HRIS and employment legislation.
• Proven experience managing compensation reviews, salary benchmarking, benefits administration and HR policies.
