Manager, Mobile Mortgage

About the role

The Manager, Mobile Mortgage will lead sales initiatives for mobile mortgage solutions, driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with partners such as auto dealers and property brokers. You will ensure high‑quality service delivery while adhering to banking regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and meet the needs of target customers to achieve sales excellence.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets through prospecting, cold‑calling, and presentations.
• Develop and maintain business relationships with partners (auto dealers, property brokers, etc.).
• Uphold internal and external sales quality standards.
• Continuously improve product knowledge via on‑the‑job training and coaching.
• Prepare accurate credit applications and related documentation.
• Handle customer complaints promptly within regulated response times.
• Assist with market updates, product trend surveys, and competition analysis.

Required profile

• University or college graduate, preferably in banking, finance, accounting, English, or marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of work experience, with at least 12 months in a related sales or banking role.
• Strong sales, communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
• Fluency in English is an advantage.
