Commercial Automation Management Lead

About the role

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a Commercial Automation Management Lead to drive digital adoption and e‑commerce transformation across its commercial channels. The role will design customer segmentation, support the shift from field to digital engagement, and lead the company’s digital route‑to‑market strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse data to create customer segments across multiple channels and enable their migration to digital platforms.
• Promote adoption of B2B e‑commerce, payment and promotional tools through education, campaigns and stakeholder facilitation.
• Define and execute digital marketing campaigns tailored to each channel, collaborating with clients and internal teams.
• Produce reports and insights for commercial excellence, local marketing and regional digital solution teams.
• Manage projects that align with the company’s digital transformation roadmap.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of experience in B2B e‑commerce, omnichannel sales or digital marketing, preferably within the pharma or healthcare sector.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to work with CRM systems and data‑analysis tools.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills in English (Khmer is a plus).
• Proven project‑management capability and ability to influence cross‑functional teams.
