Sales Executive – GPS Tracking & Telematics

About the role

Saisons Brother Holding is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to drive the growth of its GPS tracking and telematics solutions across Cambodia. You will work closely with both business and individual clients, helping them overcome operational challenges through technology‑enabled fleet management.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting, networking, referrals and field visits.
• Promote and sell GPS tracking and telematics solutions to existing and potential customers.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients, ensuring high retention.
• Understand client operational challenges and recommend appropriate telematics solutions.
• Handle inquiries, objections and complaints professionally.
• Conduct regular follow‑ups to uncover upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and industry developments in fleet management and IoT.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Management or a related field (preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in GPS tracking, telematics, automotive, fleet management or related industries is a plus.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales aptitude are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Khmer and English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
