Manager, Finance Operations

About the role

The Finance Operations Manager oversees daily financial processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance and efficiency across Accounts Payable, Fixed Assets and Inventory management. This role partners with Procurement, Operations and Finance teams to support business growth through strong financial governance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the Accounts Payable function to guarantee timely, accurate and compliant payments.
• Manage Fixed Asset accounting, including capitalization, depreciation and disposal in line with policies.
• Oversee inventory transactions, reconciliation, valuation and reporting to maintain data integrity.
• Develop and implement internal controls and process improvements for financial efficiency.
• Coordinate month‑end and year‑end closing activities related to AP, fixed assets and inventory.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align financial procedures with business operations.
• Prepare and review financial reports to aid management decision‑making.
• Ensure adherence to accounting standards, company policies and audit requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in master data, contract or related financial management.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
