Relationship Supervisor, Deposit & Services

About the role

The Relationship Supervisor, Deposit & Services will lead a team of Relationship Officers across Phnom Penh, Kampong Cham and Chbar Ampov, ensuring they meet sales and service targets. This role combines people management, coaching and compliance oversight to drive deposit growth and customer acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and manage Relationship Officers to achieve individual and team targets.
• Provide daily guidance, performance expectations and on‑the‑job coaching, including joint client visits.
• Support onboarding and development of new Relationship Officers and assist with escalated key client matters.
• Coach officers on customer engagement, prospecting, pipeline management, product knowledge and cross‑selling.
• Ensure adherence to structured sales activities, prospect list management, customer visits and follow‑ups.
• Enforce use of the Joget lead management system for new prospect entry and progress updates.
• Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, KYC documentation and ethical sales practices.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports and provide market, competitor and customer insights to management.
• Track team performance against KPIs such as deposit growth, new customer acquisition and digital transaction metrics.
• Identify performance gaps, implement corrective actions and continuously improve productivity through benchmarks and best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics or Marketing.
• Minimum two years of sales experience in a banking or financial institution.
• Proven ability to drive team performance against sales targets, especially deposit products.
• Experience with sales KPIs, pipeline management and performance tracking tools.
• Strong leadership, coaching and people‑management capabilities with excellent communication skills.
