Relationship Manager, Priority Banking

About the role

The Priority Banking Relationship Manager is responsible for managing and expanding relationships with high‑net‑worth clients. This role focuses on delivering personalized banking solutions, enhancing client satisfaction, and achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with high‑net‑worth clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Provide information and recommend investment opportunities and other financial products to meet clients’ goals.
• Achieve sales targets by cross‑selling banking products and services, including loans, investment products, and insurance.
• Monitor client portfolios, assess performance, and recommend adjustments to optimise returns.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitor offerings to provide informed advice.
• Ensure compliance with banking regulations and internal policies to protect both the client and the bank.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, financial services, sales, or relationship management.
• Experience in Priority Banking, Retail Banking, Personal Banking, or Wealth Management is an advantage.
• Proven sales performance and strong client relationship management skills.
• Good knowledge of banking and financial products.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Target‑oriented with a strong customer‑service mindset.
• Willingness to attend client meetings, networking events, and occasional travel.
