IT Business Partner – Cambodia, Laos & Supply Chain

About the role

We are looking for an IT Business Partner to lead the technology and capability agenda for Cambodia and Laos, and to drive the digital agenda for supply chain and customer operations across the newly formed 1UL APAC SLMCL Cluster (Sri Lanka, Myanmar, Cambodia, Laos). The role sits within Unilever’s APAC technology function and works closely with business leaders to enable digital transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the technology strategy for Cambodia and Laos, aligning with regional business goals.
• Lead the digital transformation of supply chain and customer operations for the 1UL APAC SLMCL Cluster.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including product, data, and operations, to deliver integrated solutions.
• Identify capability gaps and implement upskilling programs for local IT teams.
• Monitor performance metrics and ensure technology initiatives deliver measurable business value.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an IT Business Partner or similar role within a multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and customer operations digital solutions.
• Experience working in APAC markets, preferably Cambodia, Laos, or neighboring countries.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
