Human Resources Administrator

About the role

KH AUDIO is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Administrator to join its team in Phnom Penh Thmei. The role supports daily HR operations, ensuring accurate records, smooth onboarding, and effective benefits administration.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.
• Enter and manage data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS).
• Coordinate benefits enrollment, keep records, and answer employee benefit queries.
• Assist recruitment activities, including posting jobs and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding and off‑boarding processes.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR policy guidance.
• Help ensure compliance with Cambodian labor and employment laws.
• Collaborate with managers to address HR‑related needs.
• Prepare HR reports, track attendance and leave, and help organize training and engagement events.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management.
• Experience supporting daily HR operations.
