HR & Admin Logistic Specialist – $400-$600

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR & Admin Logistic Specialist to manage daily human‑resources and administrative activities while supporting our logistics operations. The role ensures smooth coordination between HR, management, and operational teams in Phnom Penh.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, contracts, transfers, resignations, and record keeping.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll data; prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with Cambodian labour regulations.
• Oversee office administration, documentation, supplies, and support company events and meetings.
• Coordinate with operations, transport, and warehouse teams on manpower planning, driver documentation, shift scheduling, and issue resolution.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly HR & Admin reports for management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR & Administration, preferably in logistics, transportation, warehouse or freight‑forwarding.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and handle confidential information.
