About the role

The Officer, Performance & Development will support the HR team in driving performance management processes and employee development initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that key performance indicators are set, monitored, and evaluated in collaboration with various departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in implementing employee performance management processes and KPI activities.
• Coordinate KPI setting, review, and evaluation with department heads.
• Support employee development and training programs.
• Prepare performance reports, tracking files, and related HR documentation.
• Monitor performance development activities and follow up with relevant departments.
• Contribute to HR projects and other performance & development tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, Management, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
