Senior Executive Human Resources

About the role

The Senior Executive Human Resources position is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Phnom Penh. You will lead the HR function, ensuring effective policies, employee relations and talent strategies that support the company’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee overall HR management and daily operations.
• Design, implement and communicate HR policies in line with local labour regulations.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and engagement initiatives.
• Support talent acquisition, retention and workforce planning.
• Coordinate HR programmes, maintain accurate HR records and data.
• Drive performance management, training and development activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to address HR needs and advise on best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and systems.

Required profile

• Strong foundation in Human Resources and HR Management with ability to design effective frameworks.
• Proficiency in HR operations such as payroll coordination, administration and data management.
• Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution and fostering a positive workplace culture.
• Knowledge of HR policies and Cambodian labour laws; ability to develop compliant guidelines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; advanced HR certification is a plus.
• Demonstrated senior‑level HR experience, preferably in recruitment, consulting or professional services.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity, discretion with confidential information and strong organisational abilities.
• Fluency in English; Khmer language skills are highly beneficial.
