HR Recruitment Supervisor

About the role

The HR Recruitment Supervisor will lead the full‑cycle recruitment process for JLCN TRADING, ensuring the company attracts and hires the right talent for its growing operations. Based on‑site in Ta Khmau, this full‑time position also supports onboarding, employee relations, and compliance with local labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify staffing needs in collaboration with department heads and draft accurate job descriptions.
• Source candidates through multiple channels, screen resumes, and conduct interviews.
• Coordinate selection decisions, extend offers, and manage the onboarding process.
• Oversee day‑to‑day HR operations, including employee relations and policy compliance.
• Maintain recruitment documentation, HR records, and workforce planning reports.
• Provide guidance and supervision to the HR team, fostering cross‑functional collaboration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruitment and HR supervisory roles.
• Strong knowledge of local labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and employee‑relations abilities.
• Organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Relevant diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
