HR & Marketing Officer/Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Officer/Supervisor to support both Human Resources and Marketing functions at our cement manufacturing plant in Phnom Penh. This full‑time, on‑site position will help streamline recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration while also assisting in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, coordinate onboarding, and maintain employee records.
• Assist with performance management, training coordination, and compliance with labour regulations.
• Help develop and execute marketing campaigns, promotional events, and brand‑consistent materials.
• Conduct basic market research and prepare marketing reports.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and contribute to continuous improvement of HR and marketing processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in HR, marketing or a similar officer/supervisor role within an industrial or manufacturing environment (advantageous).
• Strong organizational, time‑management and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Khmer proficiency is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
