About the role
We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to act as a Supervisor, supporting onboarding, employee engagement and compliance across the organization. The role works closely with management to develop training, resolve conflicts and uphold company culture.
Key responsibilities
- Research and analyze employee trends to improve engagement and retention.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of legal standards and mitigate HR‑related risks.
- Assist management in conflict resolution and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Set and promote standards for ethics, values and company culture.
- Onboard new employees, handling immigration documents, tax forms and benefits packages.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR or a related field.
- Strong organization, communication and conflict‑resolution abilities.
- Proven track record of onboarding employees and managing HR tasks.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.
