HR Operations Officer

About the role

The HR Operations Officer supports the HR team with daily administrative and operational tasks, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive employee experience. This position offers hands‑on exposure to payroll preparation, employee records management, onboarding, and HR systems.

Key responsibilities

• Organise and archive HR documents in line with company policies.
• Collect and verify payroll‑related data such as attendance, overtime, and leave.
• Support monthly payroll preparation by ensuring employee information is accurate and complete.
• Update payroll records in the HRIS or payroll system and prepare payroll reports.
• Maintain and update employee records and personnel files.
• Prepare HR documents including employment contracts and confirmation letters.
• Ensure employee information is correctly recorded in the HR Information System (HRIS).
• Participate in HR projects and initiatives assigned by the supervisor.
• Provide administrative support to both HR Operations and Payroll functions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
• Professional handling of confidential information.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll software.
