Head of Human Resources

About the role

We are seeking a senior HR leader to design and execute the human resources strategy for our head office and branch network in Cambodia. The Head of Human Resources will oversee recruitment, compensation, employee relations, and compliance, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and local labor law.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the HR strategic and development plan.
• Create and update HR policies and procedures covering recruitment, selection, performance management, talent management, compensation, and staff engagement.
• Manage recruitment and selection processes across the organization.
• Administer staff benefits and compensation, including salary administration, seniority payments, pension fund, incentives, welfare, and severance pay.
• Oversee personnel administration such as staff database, leave management, personnel letters, and related activities.
• Ensure compliance for head office and branch offices, monitoring for any non‑compliance issues.
• Investigate disciplinary and grievance cases, guiding managers to apply policies correctly.
• Facilitate management decisions on demotion or termination in accordance with HR policy and employment law.
• Organize employee engagement events such as Women’s Day, Khmer New Year, sports activities, monthly birthdays, team building, and YEP initiatives.
• Administer staff insurance, life and medical coverage, and manage the love fund.
