Hotel Accountant – Accounting, Tax & Procurement

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Accountant to manage the accounting, tax and procurement functions for our hotel. The role involves maintaining accurate financial records, handling petty cash, and ensuring compliance with government regulations. The successful candidate will act as a key business partner, supporting the hotel's financial health.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee accounting, tax and procurement aspects of the hotel.
• Maintain accurate and complete accounting records in compliance with regulations.
• Handle petty cash payments and records.
• Submit monthly tax and payroll related submissions to government bodies.
• Assist with sourcing quotations for purchases.
• Manage interactions with government agencies and licensing promptly.
• Take ownership and initiative to grow as a key business partner.

Required profile

• Proficiency in Khmer and English; additional language knowledge is a plus.
• 2–3 years of relevant hotel accounting experience.
• Professional certification in Hospitality, Accounting or a related field.
• Competency with computer knowledge and various government systems.
