Hospitality Trainer - Japanese

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Hospitality Trainer specialized in Japanese‑style service to join our team in Pou Sen Chey. You will design and deliver training programs that elevate hospitality standards across our automotive service locations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement training curricula focused on Japanese hospitality (omotenashi), customer service, front‑of‑house, and food & beverage etiquette.
• Conduct workshops, coaching sessions, and on‑the‑job training for staff at all levels.
• Assess training needs, prepare materials, observe staff performance, and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with management to align training content with business objectives and drive continuous improvement in guest experience.

Required profile

• Experience in hospitality consulting, training, or customer‑facing roles, preferably within automotive retail or service environments.
• Strong communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
• Organizational skills with attention to detail for planning schedules and tracking performance.
• Relevant education in Hospitality Management, Training, or a related field is an advantage.
