About the role
The General Manager will lead Dara Sakor Golf Resort’s on‑site operations in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This full‑time position oversees all aspects of the luxury resort, from guest experiences to staff performance.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the resort
- Manage staff across all departments
- Ensure guest satisfaction and high service standards
- Uphold the resort’s luxury and service standards
Required profile
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Experience in hospitality management
- Strong financial acumen
- Ability to multitask and solve problems effectively
- Knowledge of luxury service standards
- Experience in golf resort management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
