F&B Management Trainee

About the role

The F&B Management Trainee program offers fresh graduates a comprehensive introduction to food and beverage operations across multiple outlets. You will rotate through restaurants, bars, banquet services and in‑room dining, gaining hands‑on experience while supporting daily operations and guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Rotate through all F&B outlets, assist in briefings and operational set‑up, and support service during peak periods.
• Deliver personalized guest service, handle feedback and complaints under supervision, and ensure hygiene and safety standards.
• Assist supervisors and managers with scheduling, manpower planning, cost control basics, and monthly inventory.
• Learn revenue reporting, basic P&L structures, purchasing procedures, and support preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain compliance with HACCP, food safety regulations, hotel grooming standards, and company policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of hospitality experience.
• Strong passion for food & beverage operations and excellent communication skills.
• Good command of English; additional languages are a plus.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, teamwork and problem‑solving abilities.
