Cluster E‑Commerce & Distribution Manager

About the role

The Cluster E‑Commerce & Distribution Manager will lead the e‑commerce strategy for AccorHotel’s properties in Siem Reap, driving direct online revenue and optimizing distribution across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the e‑commerce strategy to maximize direct bookings and market share.
• Manage website performance, booking engine optimization, content, and user experience.
• Monitor analytics, conversion rates and digital revenue, implementing improvements.
• Collaborate with digital marketing on SEO, SEM, metasearch, display and retargeting campaigns.
• Oversee all distribution channels (GDS, OTAs, wholesalers, direct) ensuring rate accuracy and content consistency.
• Conduct regular audits of distribution systems and maintain channel parity.
• Work with Revenue Management to apply pricing and inventory strategies.
• Analyse booking patterns, market trends and competitor activity to recommend revenue‑optimising actions.
• Produce performance reports and business insights for hotel leadership.
• Serve as primary contact for OTA, CRS, PMS, Channel Manager and other partners, securing promotional opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, E‑Commerce or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in e‑commerce, distribution, revenue management or digital marketing within hospitality.
• Experience with luxury hotel brands or international hospitality companies preferred.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Google Analytics and digital reporting tools.
• Knowledge of OTA management, CRS, PMS, Channel Managers and booking engines.
