Head of Leasing

About the role

The Head of Leasing will develop and execute leasing strategies to maximise occupancy, rental revenue and overall commercial performance for Techo Cultural Park. This senior position leads tenant acquisition, lease negotiations and business development across retail, F&B, entertainment and cultural sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement leasing strategies aligned with business objectives and market demand.
• Lead tenant acquisition, lease negotiations and manage the tenant mix.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and set rental strategies.
• Oversee tenant relationships, lease renewals, amendments, terminations and performance monitoring.
• Ensure accurate lease documentation, compliance with laws and company policies.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, revenue forecasts, occupancy rates and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Legal and other departments to enhance leasing performance and visitor experience.
• Lead, develop and evaluate the leasing team to achieve targets and improve productivity.
• Review and improve leasing policies, procedures and processes for efficiency and risk management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance or related field (Master's degree advantageous).
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in leasing, real estate or commercial property management, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in tenant acquisition, lease negotiation, revenue management and tenant relationship management.
• Strong knowledge of leasing practices, market trends, financial analysis and relevant regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with leasing or property management software.
