Executive Sales – Leasing

About the role

Chip Mong Retail is seeking an Executive Sales professional to lead leasing activities across its shopping malls. The role focuses on executing retail concepts, developing stacking plans, and ensuring optimal tenant mix to drive mall performance.

Key responsibilities

• Execute retail concepts and develop stacking plans for all shopping malls.
• Support planning and implementation of tenant mix for pre‑open and development malls.
• Collaborate with leasing managers and mall management to meet occupancy targets and desired tenant mix.
• Identify, attract and engage prospective tenants that align with the mall’s positioning.
• Maintain relationships with tenants and internal teams to resolve leasing issues.
• Conduct satisfaction surveys and monitor tenant turnover to achieve turnover objectives.
• Establish work parameters, budgets and targets, allocating resources for the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field.
• 4‑5 years of proven experience in leasing, marketing or operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation and report‑writing abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and deliver performance‑focused results.

Required skills

• Experience with leasing or mall‑management applications.
• Knowledge of commercial leasing processes, space planning and tenant improvement.
• Tenant mix planning and space planning expertise.
• Formal report writing and presentation skills.
